My name is Anastasia, and like many girls with big dreams, I always wanted to leave a mark — to own a space that is more than four walls. For me, RIVAGE is precisely that: part home, part office, sometimes even a kindergarten, and always a creative lodge. It's a place where ideas live, where stories are told, and where community is at the heart of everything. I was born in Moldova and raised by parents who instilled in me the habit of beginning each day by asking what kind of person I am and how I might positively impact someone's life. From the very beginning of developing RIVAGE, I envisioned a company grounded in my personal values and beliefs. My goal was never to create just another clothing store. I wanted to cultivate an ecosystem —a place where returning feels like coming home.
Although I earned a degree in economics, by the age of twelve I already knew who Andy Warhol, Nina Simone, and Peggy Guggenheim were. By seventeen, I longed for a subscription to The New Yorker and was immersing myself in Another Magazine. I'm passionate about blogging and sharing the stories behind every decision, big or small. This journey is my way of expressing my visions, inspirations, and the opportunities I hope to one day share with others. My daily life is guided by versatility, while allowing me to fully embrace and enjoy my diverse hobbies and interests.
I moved to the United States just before my 21st birthday. Now, at 29, I carry the roles of mother, wife, daughter, and entrepreneur, and now, a store owner. Each role is meaningful, and I continue striving to become a better version of myself every day.
As the season comes to a close, our store will take a pause for a few months to begin our remodeling, showcasing every small detail that stands behind the identity of RIVAGE. In the meantime, I hope this website becomes a home for sharing the experiences, stories, and inspirations that shape who I am.
